My husband’s and my time with Greeter Matthias was outstanding, starting before we arrived and not ending until he made sure we were on the U-Bahn back to our hotel. It was obvious that he put a lot of thought into our time together and came prepared. He knew our interest in seeing the port today and what Hamburg was like when my ancestors departed for America. He even brought 2 large books so we could see photographs of Hamburg in the 1800s! It was a perfect match. I would definitely request to meet with Matthias again if we returned to Hamburg!
