We are incredibly grateful to our volunteer greeter, Klaus, who made our visit to Hamburg truly special. He was very friendly and took the time to understand our needs when we first met. During the tour, he not only showed us around but also shared fascinating insights into Hamburg’s history and culture.
Klaus is an easygoing and thoughtful guide. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey while doing his best to help us explore the city in a meaningful way.
This was our first time using the Greeter program, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. We were truly impressed and touched by the hospitality. We would gladly recommend this service—and especially Klaus—to our friends. Thank you again for such a wonderful memory!
