Myself, my wife and Granddaughter visited Hamburg for a day on a cruise. We met Hildegund at the Rathaus and spent a very enjoyable 3 hours or so being shown areas of Hamburg that we would not otherwise have seen.
Hildegund was very knowledgeable and the information on each building/area was pitched exactly right to keep us and our 12 year old fully engaged.
I would unreservedly recommend the Greeter experience to anyone visiting Hamburg – and, indeed, to anyone visiting a city where they operate – we will certainly use them again where possible.
