When walking in a city for the first time, what can be more satisfactory than having a passionate companion who knows the bits and bytes of the city evolution, who tells you precise facts and compelling stories just at the moment you get curious about, and, above all, who demonatrates affection? I found all of these during my greet with Andreas in Hamburg.The walk was arranged around my interests and I experienced convenience and intuition. I got an overview of the city plus some interesting details that I will always remember when I read or hear “Hamburg”.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Andreas for the fulfilling greet. And, many thanks to all the people behind the Greeters program for making this happen. Through my experience, I found the words “Come as a guest, leave as a friend!” very true about the work you’re pursuing.
