My wife and I (we are both in our early seventies) spent an amazing half-day with our Greeter Heinz, learning something of the history of his wonderful city. We were especially interested in the events of the early 1940’s.
Heinz gave us an insight into what happened in the city during that period, as well as adding fascinating details from the city’s medieval and more modern history. As well as being very knowledgeable about the topic in which we had expressed specific interest, Heinz answered our many questions on a wide variety of subjects. We also has some very frank and interesting discussions about events in our respective countries. We found it very easy to talk with Heinz and discuss many subjects.
Heinz had obviously been very studious in researching and planning our Greet, which added to our enjoyment of the day. We are most grateful for the time and effort that Heinz put into our tour, and his eternal patience with our many (sometime awkward) questions.
